It's basic training!
Don't waste your pain. Pick yourself up, seek God, learn the lessons, shake the dust off, and keep going. God has a good plan.

Father, help us see our trials as training for triumph and purpose, leaning our full weight on you, in Christ's name. Thank You. I love You.
